Quick answers
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed by hand within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 3 pm are counted from the next working day. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, until the order is packed. Use the link in your order confirmation email, or WhatsApp us your order number and the correct address.
Are your perfumes genuine?
Always. We source from brand distributors, and every decant is filled by hand from a genuine bottle, sealed and labelled.
My parcel arrived damaged or something is missing
Please record a video while opening the parcel and WhatsApp it to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We sort it out from there.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, on most orders. Some high-value orders need a small advance; the rest is paid to the courier on delivery.
